Cast your vote
Check out my poll... I simply can't decide which one to go to. Class reunion or Jack Johnson. I love Jack Johnson and have never been to the Gorge. I was super excited about the concert, but circumstances have changed...I have two tickets and only one me, and it's a long drive. I know i could find somebody to go with if I decided to go. And... I love stuff like class reunions. I had been looking forward to going and was very disappointed when, out of the whole summer they picked that day! And, of course, the whole life changes would apply in this situation also... I don't know if it would be enough to deter me... but still. My closest high school friend isn't going, but I have a couple of other friends who think they are. What's a groovelily to do?

GrooveLily is a theatrical power-pop trio consisting of Valerie Vigoda, Brendan Milburn, and Gene Lewin. I have known of the band since they formed in 1994. All the members are very talented, artistic and have brilliant minds. I do not know them personally, but often get updates on the highlights through my grandma, and she shares the CD's and videos they have released. The picture of the band is copied from the official website, and not taken by me (the other groovelily)

Groovelily, BowlingJoe is faced with a similar situation only for me the choice is easy. It's my 30th reunion on the same weekend that Al Stewart and Dave Nachmanoff play in Moses Lake.
If that weren't happening I'd have to flip a coin between going to the reunion and washing my truck.
Hmmm, chances are that you'll have the opportunity for the big 25 year reunion, and who's to say where Jack Johnson will be then? I'd go for JJ myself, but then, it's an easy choice for me given the restraining order I'm under. Man, you park outside a certain cheerleader's house 1 night and you're labeled for life!
Close your eyes, still your mind, and listen to your heart.
Jack Johnson! No question. If your classmates really love you, they will change the date of the reunion. (Okay, that's not really true, but I still vote for Jack Johnson).

Groovelily, understand that BowlingWidow would rather watch an H.R. Pufnstuf marathon than go to a reunion but, what about setting up a different weekend to get together with the people that you really want to see?
yeah... i suggested that. I think most of them might like that better. I think a part of me wants to go just to prove something. Maybe to myself, but I kind of doubt that...I am sure my ego has some reason.(always too much self-disclosure, i know...)
